Act as an advocate for increased awareness of the vast array of skills and capabilities presented by persons with disabilities
- Create a dynamic blend of great business solutions and exciting job opportunities for persons with special abilities
- Create innovate solutions for business partners that will provide cost effective, dependable labor with appropriate skill sets for quality output
- Create new, real, and sustainable jobs for persons with special abilities and those with significant barriers to employment
- Promote opportunities that will allow persons with disabilities to gain a sense of self-worth, increase self-confidence and gain new skills through work experience and training
